Job Description: We're on the lookout for a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic Design team in our San Francisco office. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across our digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand project goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UX design and a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
